Booking & Payment
A 50% retainer is required to secure the event date.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your event.

Cancellation
*Client cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit all payments.
*Events canceled earlier than 14 days forfeit the retainer.

Client agrees to provide safe access to power and performance area.
Force Majeure
Events canceled due to weather, emergencies, or acts beyond control may be rescheduled.
